Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Dwarf hamsters are known for being fast and active, so are more suited to a family who are happy to watch them, over trying to handle them.

What type of environment would suit me?

Dwarf hamsters require plenty of floor space as they prefer to travel low to the ground rather than climb. They are superb burrowers, so deep bedding is a must for these small creatures. The ideal size is a 100cm wide by 50cm deep by 40cm high cage with 7mm bar spacing.

About Matcha

Matcha is a gorgeous girl looking for her new home where she can enjoy burrowing in her deep bedding, she makes the most incredible little dens. She is a hamster who takes a little time to settle and can be cautious in new surroundings. That being said, once she has settled and created a safe, loving bond with her carer, she explores around her cage and is happy to take mealworms from her carers fingers. A family who can give her that time to settle, will get nothing but smiles with Matcha being home. She is a cheeky girl and it wont be long before she’s off playing hide and seek.

If you are looking to rehome Matcha, please get in contact via the website.
