We are unsure if Pancake has ever been left on her own in a home before. She is pretty settled in her kennel on site. Any home alone would need building up gradually in her new home.

Pancake has a flea bite sensitivity which has caused fur loss, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.

We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.

Can I live with dogs?

Yes, conditionally - Pancake could live with a well socialised large breed dog.

Yes, conditionally - Pancake could live with securley housed pets that she does not have access to.

Pancake could live with a VERY tolerant and well socialised large breed dog, who won’t be scared of her and help her navigate appropriate play.

Pancake would live very happily as an only dog though as she loves her people.

What kind of family am I looking for?

Pancake came to us as a stray so we are unsure if she has been around children. She could live with children aged 11 years +

We do suspect Pancake has Malinois in her so she needs to go to a high drive, dog savvy family who will know how to manage children around her. If they get excited, she will reflect this energy.

What type of environment would suit me?

Pancake must have a 6ft secure fenced private garden as she can be an escape artist.

A garden would also benefit her in burning off some energy in and to help with training.

Meet Pancake, a super smart Mali cross with a heart full of love and a brain that’s always ready to work! She is incredibly training-minded and thrives on learning new skills, whether it’s obedience, tricks, or fun activities that challenge her mentally and physically. Pancake absolutely loves to train and be active, and she’s happiest when she’s working alongside her person and exploring the world around her.

Despite her drive and enthusiasm, Pancake is a real sweetheart who adores cuddles and affection. She’s affectionate, loving, and forms strong bonds with her people, making her the perfect mix of active companion and a sweet best friend. Pancake can’t wait to find a home that will embrace her intelligence, nurture her love of training, and give her all the adventures and cuddles she deserves.
