Do I have any medical conditions?

Shandy has current medical concerns, namely miliary dermatitis on her chin-likely caused by fleas and recovering from a dental, that will require consideration before she is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.

Shandy may be okay to live with a calm cat with gradual introductions. She may be able to live with a dog with careful introductions, but would recommend that as she is quite nervous, the dog is calm and quiet and give Shandy her own space. Small animals are fine if securely housed.

What kind of family am I looking for?

She would prefer to live with adults and maybe teenagers 13 and over. Her family must be patient and she’d prefer a quiet household.

What type of environment would suit me?

Shandy may not be very roadwise so we recommend she is rehomed in a lower traffic area. Will need gradual introduction to outdoors. These introductions should be through a garden and not directly onto a road. She will need both indoor and outdoor access. In the home there needs to be plenty of hiding areas for her.
