Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
This pet has current medical concerns, namely he is recovering from a fractured pelvis, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Due to the nature of the medical concern, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
Skittles might be okay to live with a cat-friendly cat or dog with gradual introductions – he hasn’t lived with one before. Small animals should be fine if securely housed.
Skittles would be okay to live with adults and children 7 and over. He is rather boisterous but very friendly and needy. He does like to give love bites to people.
Skittles needs indoor and outdoor access but in a low traffic area away from busy roads. He knows how to use a cat flap already.
Skittles came into our care after seemingly being involved in a possible road traffic accident, resulting in a pelvic injury. Under our close supervision and with the help of our surgery department, he has been making progress in his recovery. Skittles is a very needy boy who requires a lot of attention. He likes to give little love bites, lick faces and climb up people! He is a vocal cat and when not getting enough attention he will shout from the rooftops! Skittles would be great for a family who are happy to continue with his recovery and who can give him plenty of love and entertainment.
