Support and Health

How much training will I need?

Needs settling in

Can I be left alone?

Yes

Sunny was used to being left for around half a day and she should be able to do this again once she’s settled into her new home and had her home alone training refreshed.

Do I have any medical conditions?

None

Sunny has a historic medical condition, namely Lipoma, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.

We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

Yes

Can I live with cats?

No

Can I live with small pets?

No

Additional information

Sunny loves meeting other dogs when she’s out on walks and if they want to, having a little play and game of chase.

If she lives with another dog they will need to be similar in personality and engage in play with her, she isn’t quite past her prime just yet!

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Sunny can live with children aged 8+.

She’s a really social girl who loves getting fuss and attention, her fosterers think she’s top notch and a very happy girl!

Sunny also enjoys going to cafes and laying there, watching the world go by.

What type of environment would suit me?

Sunny will need a secure, private garden with 6ft fencing in her new home so she’s got a space to burn off some energy.

About Sunny

Who wants a walk on the Sunny side of the street?

This gorgeous girl is a little ray of sunshine that will brighten everyone’s life that she meets. She doesn’t let being an older lady get in her way, she still has balls of energy and so much love to give.

Staffies might be small but they’ve got big hearts. If you like affectionate dogs, they could be the breed for you! Learn more about the breed at Ask Woodgreen.
