Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Ted is a friendly and sociable boy with cute looks and a calm nature, who loves fuss and cuddles from his people.
He will happily spend prolonged amounts of quality time with his person, enjoying the attention. His character is full of fun, and he enjoys playing outside with a ball.
Ted can sometimes get a bit excitable and bouncy on greeting, so he would suit someone who is patient with training him in ‘paws on the floor’.
Ted hasn’t really been left home alone before, the odd time he has he really struggled with it.
He will need his home alone time building up slowly, at a pace he can cope with, once he’s settled in.
Ted has a current medical conditions, namely a gait abnormality, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Ted reads other dogs very well and will adapt his behaviour to what makes them comfortable.
He can live with another dog pending an on-site dog mix.
Ted can live with children aged 8+.
He can become over excited at times and may be too much for very young children but would suit a home with slightly older children.
Ted will need a secure private garden in his new home to help with his toilet training and to play with his toys in.
