Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
These 5 neutered boys are very entertaining to watch.
Although they can be a little nervous at first, it doesn’t take them long to settle in their surroundings and show their curious side.
They have quickly adapted to their new routine here at Woodgreen and are very active first thing in the morning whilst waiting for their breakfast.
They seem to thoroughly enjoy free range time and exploring a new space together.
They each have a cheeky personality and often steal each others snacks! This wonderful group can keep you entertained for hours whilst watching them keep themselves busy.
Although mice are very small, they’re super busy and energetic. They absolutely love to climb and explore their surroundings, forage for food and dig in their bedding. So the cage you choose will need lots of floor space for them to live their best life.
Set up a comfortable home for your pet mice, with various enrichment items like wooden sticks, tunnels, branches, hammocks, ropes, a water bottle and water bowl and an exercise wheel.
Here are a few things to think about before you apply:
Not sure if mice are the right pet for you? Our guide to choosing the right small pet species is a great place to start.
If you use our onsite mixing service, we ask for a donation of your choosing once the mix is successful, on top of the rehoming fee.
Once you’ve submitted your application, we aim to get back to you within two days – though it may be a little longer during busy periods.
From there, timelines can vary depending on your setup approval. If you’re using our onsite mixing service, the number of bonding sessions to find the right match will also be a factor.
It’s worth starting your application as soon as you’re ready to begin the process.
Ready to get started? We always start with our pets’ individual needs, which is why we need to find out a bit more about you first.
