Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
We love our Stevie and know she has got love to give once the barriers come down.
Stevie truly shines around other canine friends and comes into her own.
She is very playful, kind and loving when she is with them and her confidence really comes out.
As Stevie came into us as a stray we don’t know if she’s been left home alone before.
She will need a settling in period and her home alone training worked on at a pace she’s comfortable with. Stevie should be able to do a few hours with her training being worked on.
Stevie has a current medical conditions, namely an ear infection, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
Stevie must live with another dog in her new home. She really gains her confidence when she is around them, saying a polite hello and becoming playful.
She does go to her person to have some down time, and any dog she lives with will need to be tolerant of her energy levels.
Stevie can live with children aged 8+.
She is worried of new people but with some treats and time, she may approach to say a quick hello.
Once she’s got to know you she is an affectionate girl who likes to stick close by her people.
It isn’t essential that Stevie has a garden in her new home as long as she gets plenty of toileting opportunities.
