Meet Mischa
Mischa is a fun-loving little ball of energy with a wonderfully affectionate and chilled side.
He has struggled with being out on walks, particularly when he sees other dogs, so he is looking for a family who can take him on adventures in quiet areas away from other animals and are willing to put some time into his training. Mischa would make a wonderful little project dog for someone who enjoys helping a dog build confidence and develop their skills.
Despite his walking challenges, Mischa has such a fun, affectionate and playful personality. He loves nothing more than being close to his people, snoozing on the sofa and even burrowing under your blankets or duvet for a cosy sleep!
With the right family, patience and guidance, Mischa has so much potential and will make an amazing best friend. He’s a lovely little character who has plenty of love, fun and cuddles to give.

How much training will I need?
Can I be left alone?
Mischa is used to being able to be left home alone for a few hours with no issues. After a settling-in period, he will be able to be left home alone again for up to five hours at a time in his new home providing this is built up slowly.
Do I have any medical conditions?
Mischa has current medical conditions, namely otitis externa, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.

Additional information
Mischa is currently undergoing training for his interactions around other dogs. He will need continued management in his new home and will need to be walked in quiet areas where he will not regularly see other dogs.
Family and environment
What kind of family am I looking for?
Mischa can live with children aged 11+ in his new home that are able to cope with his slightly over enthusiastic nature and that are able to help him with his manners training.
What type of environment would suit me?
As he cannot go off-lead on his walks, Mischa will need a secure private garden in his new home where he can not see through any fencing. He will need to have no neighbouring dogs or busy pathways nearby.
