Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
Butch & Sugar have historic & current medical concerns, that will require consideration before they are rehomed. Sugar – has had surgery to remove his ear canals meaning he has minimal hearing. Butch – feline chin acne and otitis. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Should be able to live with any other cat-friendly pets as long as they have plenty of resources between them and are introduced gradually. Small pets must be securely housed.
Sugar and Butch are looking for a home with children 7yrs and over who will be calm and gentle around them, especially whilst settling in.
They are looking for a home with indoor and outdoor access to a private garden. They need to live in a low traffic area as they have limited outdoor access and Sugar has limited hearing since surgery to his ears
Butch and Sugar came to us after their owner sadly passed away. Butch is the more confident counter-part and Sugar can be a little more shy. Both these boys are very sweet and friendly once they have time to settle in. Despite both being boys with white fur, they look very different! Sugar has heterochromia which means his eyes are two different colours! Butch has a little beige muzzle! Would you like to rehome this gorgeous pair?
As they are both white cats, they will need pet safe sun cream applied to their ears.
These cats are currently living in a foster home and will be allocated a temporary unit at the centre on the day of book-out. Most cats find unfamiliar environments quite stressful and this can affect their behaviour in the cattery, meaning that you might not be able to observe what the cat’s temperament is typically like in a familiar setting. If you would like to meet these cats prior to rehoming, as a minimum you will be able to see the cats, but this may be the extent of the interaction depending on the cat’s response to the new environment.
Sugar & Butch both get very stressed whilst in carriers and so are looking for a home within a reasonable distance of the centre
While we change over our systems (22-27 April), you cannot apply for a specific pet. Instead, our team will try to match you against the pets we have available when we are back online.
